Baltimore Racing Development LLC (BRD) is a private company that has been working since 2007 to bring a street race sanctioned by the Indy Racing League to Baltimore. We are comprised of a group of investors and professionals that have worked collectively with the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to make the Baltimore Grand Prix a reality. We have targeted August 2011 for the inaugural Baltimore Grand Prix. BRD's spokesman, Al Unser, Jr., helped design the proposed track to highlight Baltimore's beautiful Harborplace and we expect that the event will bring thousands of people to "Charm City".
